Carded and Un-carded Wool
I separated the fleece into three different colors from different parts of the sheep and carded each color separately on a hand cranked drum carder. The piles of wool in front are washed but not carded, so they are still in the original locks from the sheep, while the fluffy wool in the back is carded to untangle it and prepare it for spinning by loosening and aligning the fibers.
